Bird Dog Group
Located in Charlotte, NC, Bird Dog Group is an independent builder and developer, led by Skye McMahan.
Skye has over 20 years of Real Estate and Construction experience and is a licensed general contractor. Over the span of his career, Skye has built mixed-use, office, retail and multifamily products, as well as custom single-family homes. Skye holds the Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB) credential from Passive House Institute US (Phius).
Previously, Skye founded Bird Dog Construction, a private construction firm, and served as Director of Operations for Duvall Investments Group and Project Management for Choate Construction.
Skye is a Native Charlottean and serves his community as a volunteer for the Youth Commission at Christ Church Charlotte.
